Relating to investigations and other procedures with respect to
allegations of child abuse or neglect.

Relating to protective services.

Relating to protective and guardianship services for elderly and
disabled persons.

Relating to reporting requirements concerning investigations of
alleged abuse, neglect, or exploitation of elderly or disabled
persons; providing a criminal penalty.

Relating to creation of a program to provide for timely replacement
of child protective services caseworkers.

Relating to the operation of the child protective services and
foster care system.

Relating to the duties of an attorney ad litem appointed for a
child in certain proceedings regarding the abuse or neglect of the
child.

Relating to the completion of continuing legal education by an
attorney ad litem appointed for a child in certain proceedings
regarding the abuse or neglect of the child.

Relating to use of a proposed child placement resources form in

THE NEXT SEVERAL HEARING DATES WILL BE RESERVED FOR INVITED TESTIMONY
ONLY ON CERTAIN TOPICS RELATING TO PROTECTIVE SERVICES.

AFTER INVITED TESTIMONY HAS BEEN CONCLUDED, ONE HEARING DATE WILL BE
RESERVED FOR PUBLIC TESTIMONY ON PROTECTIVE SERVICES
