HB 2737 Guillen Relating to creation of a pilot program to establish individual development accounts for certain TANF recipients. HB 2967 Martinez Relating to the transportation of certain mental health patients. HB 1756 Herrero Relating to requiring posting of certain information regarding nursing homes and related institutions on the Department of Aging and Disability Services website. HB 1852 Herrero Relating to the installation of panic buttons in certain nursing homes and related institutions. HB 3077 Naishtat Relating to the establishment of a work group to recommend definitions, guidelines, and reporting requirements regarding the management of behavior of residents at certain facilities. HB 3303 Davis, John Relating to emergency apprehension and detention of a person believed to have a mental illness. The Committee will stand in recess while the House is in session, and reconvene upon adjournment to hear remaining bills on the agenda.
