Relating to permanency planning procedures for children residing in
state institutions.

Relating to the Harris County Board of Protective Services for
Children and Adults.

SB 882            Lucio
Relating to the Texas Council on Autism and Pervasive Developmental
Disorders.

SB 52            Nelson
Relating to a competitive grant program for aging and disability
services.

SB 874            Nelson
Relating to quality-of-care monitoring visits to long-term care
facilities.


The Committee will stand in recess while the House is in session, and
reconvene upon recess/adjournment of the House to hear remaining
bills on the agenda.

Bills will not necessarily be taken up in the order specified above,
depending upon the availability of bill authors/sponsors.
