The Committee will meet to consider the following measures:


SB 1830            Zaffirini
Relating to the continuation of the quality assurance fee
applicable to intermediate care facilities for persons with mental
retardation.

SB 990            Janek
Relating to a training and examination program on sexual abuse and
child molestation for certain persons who work at youth camps.

SB 1305            Brimer
Relating to the time a person may be detained in custody for a
preliminary examination.


If necessary, the Committee will stand in recess while the House is in
session, and will reconvene upon final recess/adjournment to consider any
remaining measures on the agenda.

Bills will not necessarily be taken up in the order specified above,
depending upon the availability of bill authors/sponsors.
