24-hour posting rule was suspended

Senator Madla moved to suspend the 24-hour posting rule so that the Senate
Committee on Intergovernmental Relations could meet today upon adjournment
to take up and consider CSSJR 14.  Senator Madla also moved to suspend
Rule 11.13 so the Committee could meet during session.

SJR 14            Seliger
Proposing a constitutional amendment allowing a county to abolish
and reinstate the office of constable in the county or in a
precinct of the county.
