Senator Madla moved to suspend the 24-hour posting rule so that the Senate
Committee on Intergovernmental Relations could meet today upon adjournment
to take up the following bills:

Relating to the extension, reinstatement, or modification of or
addition to residential restrictive covenants.

SB 1198            Ellis
Relating to the determination of the portion of the tax increment
produced by a municipality that the municipality is required to pay
into the tax increment fund for a reinvestment zone.

SB 1199            Ellis
Relating to the deposit of municipal sales and use taxes into a tax
increment fund.

SB 1214            Barrientos
Relating to the authority of a county to select an insurance
broker.

SB 1238            Madla
Relating to the creation of a public nuisance by the failure to
properly maintain a drainage easement.

SB 1587            Carona
Relating to certain foreclosure notice requirements.

Relating to fraudulent documents offered to the county clerk for
filing.
