The 24 hour posting rule was suspended so that the Senate Committee on
Education could take up and hear the following bill (if necessary):

SB 8            Shapiro
Relating to public education and public school finance matters;
imposing criminal penalties.

Dependent upon the amount of witness cards received, the chair may limit
public testimony to three (3) minutes for each witness who wishes to
testify before the Committee.
