programs, enrollment, and admission policies of The University of
Texas at Dallas.

Relating to authorizing The University of Texas Health Science
Center at Tyler to offer courses and degree programs in allied
health and related fields.

Relating to reports of strategies for increasing minority
participation in higher education.
