regulated by the Railroad Commission of Texas.

Relating to the regulation of rainwater harvested for domestic use.

SB 1366            Estes
Relating to implementing a clean coal project in this state.

SB 1665            Eltife
Relating to outdoor burning in certain counties under the Texas
Clean Air Act.

Relating to suspending the implementation of certain gas utilities'
interim cost recovery and rate adjustments.

Relating to the creation of the Victoria County Groundwater
Conservation District; providing authority to impose a tax and

District.
