| The Committees will hear invited and public testimony on Joint Interim |

| Charge #1 relating to examining and making recommendations regarding the |
|
| state's role in regulating pharmacy benefit managers; and Joint Interim |
|
| Charge #2 relating to studying how to reduce dependence on Medicaid for |
|
| the provision oh long-term care, increasing the use of end-of-life |
|
| planning, and encouraging innovation in nursing facilities. |
