| The Joint Interim Committee to Study the Power of Eminent Domain |

| will hold an organizational meeting to adopt rules. The Committee will |

| hear testimony relating to issues regarding the power of eminent domain. |
|
|
| Invited and public testimony will be taken. |
|
|
| At the Chair's discretion and if necessary, any unfinished testimony or |
|
| related committee business will be moved to the top of the agenda for the |
|
| next scheduled hearing on October 26, 2006 |
