Amend Floor Amendment No. 100 to CSHB 1 by Hernandez (page 163
of the prefiled amendments packet) by striking line 10 of the
amendment and substituting:

seven (7) must be monitors for particulate matter. The seven (7)
particulate matter monitors must be installed, operated, and
maintained in non-attainment areas of the state for particulate
matter air contamination."
