	Amend CSHB 1, Article I, Texas Historical Commission, on page 
I-55, by adding a new rider to read as follows and by numbering it 
accordingly:
	"____. African Americans in Texas. Historical & Cultural 
Legacies. Out of the funds appropriated above, the Commission shall 
print sufficient copies for public distribution of the booklet 
entitled African Americans in Texas: Historical & Cultural 
Legacies.
