The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 1, in section XI page 72, the Texas Rail Relocation 
and Improvement Fund by adding the following rider:
	South Orient Railroad. Out of the funds appropriated under 
Strategy D.1.1., Public Transportation, the Texas Department of 
Transportation shall dedicate $1 million to the maintenance and 
improvement of the South Orient Railroad.
