Add the following appropriately numbered rider to Article XI:                
	____. CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION: Contingent upon the 
enactment of HB 540 by the 80th Legislature, Regular Session, 2007, 
relating to the creation of a hotline to report suspected incidents 
of impaired driving or dangerous driving, sufficient money is 
appropriated for the operation and creation of the hotline is 
appropriated to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
