Amend CSHB 1 in Article XI of the bill by adding the following 
rider following the Article XI provisions for the Health and Human 
Services Commission:
	Kinship Care Support Program.  Contingent on the enactment 
and becoming law of HB 2595 or similar legislation of the 80th 
Legislature, Regular Session, that requires the establishment of a 
kinship care support program, the Health and Human Services 
Commission shall expend, out of funds appropriated in Article II in 
Strategy D.1.1, TANF Grants (page II-62), amounts necessary to 
develop and implement that program.
