Amend CSHB 1 in Article XI of the bill following the Article 
XI appropriations to the Department of State Health Services (page 
XI-12) by adding the following rider:
	Contingency for HB 1883.  Contingent on HB 1883, 80th 
Legislature, Regular Session, 2007, or similar legislation passing 
and becoming law, the Department of State Health Services is 
appropriated $8,000 in general revenue for the state fiscal year 
ending August 31, 2008, and $8,000 in general revenue for the state 
fiscal year ending August 31, 2009, to pay related expenses of the 
Department of State Health Services.
