Amend CSHB 1 in Article II of the bill, on page II-49 by 
inserting the following language into Rider No. 25:
	"Family Planning. Of funds appropriated under Strategy 
B.1.3, Family Planning Services, no state funds may be used to 
dispense prescription drugs to minors without parental consent. In 
addition, no state funds may be used for the distribution of 
materials to a woman considering an abortion if those materials 
state there is a possibility of increased risk of breast cancer 
following an induced abortion and the natural protective effect of 
a completed pregnancy in avoiding breast cancer."
