Amend Amendment No. 43 by J. Davis (page 53, pre-filed 
amendments packet) by striking the text of the amendment and 
substituting the following:
	Amend CSHB 1 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
rider in Article II of the bill following the special provisions 
relating to all health and human services agencies:
	____.  Restriction on Use of Funds for HPV Vaccine.  None of 
the funds appropriated above to an agency in Article II may be used 
to require immunization against human papilloma virus as a 
condition for admission to school or used to purchase or administer 
a vaccine to comply with such a requirement in the Governor's 
Executive Order RP65 or other similar executive orders or 
directions.
