Amend CSHB 1 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
rider in Article II after the appropriation to the Health and Human 
Services Commission:
	____. Funding for Coverage of Children under CHIP. The 
Commission may only expend funds from above for CHIP coverage which 
are matchable by federal funds.
