Amend CSHB 1 in Article II of the bill, on page II-78 by 
adding the following Rider No. ___:
	"Medicaid Screening and Treatment Project." Out of funds 
appropriated above in Goal B, the Health and Human Services 
Commission shall implement a program to provide health screening, 
dental screening, and testing.
