Amend Amendment No. 54 by Delisi to CSHB 1 (Page 72, pre-filed 
amendments packet) by striking the last paragraph of the amendment 
and substituting the following:
	The Health and Human Services Commission or a public hospital 
district may compile and report the information required by this 
rider only in a manner the attorney general of this state certifies 
as consistent with federal law.
	The Health and Human Services Commission shall submit the 
required report to the lieutenant governor, speaker of the house of 
representatives, and members of the legislature not later than 
December 1, 2008, and shall include the information in the agency's 
annual report for 2008.
