Amend Floor Amendment No. 80 to CSHB 1 by Eiland (Prefiled 
amendment packet page 117) as follows:
	(1) On page 1, line 6 of the amendment, strike "4,202,417" and 
substitute "$6,624,606".
	(2) On page 1, line 7 of the amendment, strike "4,202,237" and 
substitute "$6,641,316".
	(3) Add the following appropriately numbered item to the 
amendment and renumber subsequent items of the amendment 
accordingly:
	"(_) In Article VII of the bill (pages VII-16 through 
VII-20), reduce the total amount appropriated from the general 
revenue fund to the Department of Transportation by $2,422,189 for 
the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2008, and by $2,437,079 for 
the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2009, by reducing the 
amounts appropriated to that department in each strategy 
proportionately for each state fiscal year."
