	Amend CSHB 1 (House Committee Printing) in Article V of the 
bill, by adding the following appropriately numbered rider after 
the appropriations to the Youth Commission:

	____. Appropriations Prohibited for Purposes of Payment to a 
Sexual Offender Employee. No appropriations made in this Act to the 
Texas Youth Commission may be distributed to any employee of the 
Youth Commission that is a mandated by law to register as a sex 
offender according to Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure.
