80(R) HB 2 - 2nd reading 4 (H)

Amend HB 2 by inserting the following appropriately lettered 
subsection to SECTION 1 of the bill:
	(__) The amounts appropriated in Subsections (a)(1)(B) and 
(a)(2)(B) are contingent on the 80th Legislature appropriating 
amounts of money for the state fiscal biennium ending September 1, 
2009, for the Pre K-Grants and for the student Success Initiative 
that equal or exceed the amounts appropriated for those respective 
programs for the state fiscal biennium ending September 1, 2007.
