Amend HB 4 by striking SECTIONS 6 and 16 of the bill 
(engrossed version, page 7, line 18, through page 8, line 6, and 
page 13, lines 14 through 21, respectively) and renumbering the 
remaining SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
