Amend the proposed floor substitute to HB 8 (Amendment No. 7 
by Gattis) by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill 
to read as follows and by renumbering existing SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly:
	SECTION ___.  This Act shall be known as the Jessica Lunsford 
Act.
