System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend the proposed floor substitute to HB 8 (Amendment No. 7 
by Gattis) by striking lines 3-9 on page 2 of the substitute and 
substituting the following:
	(d)  If a jury is the trier of fact, members of the jury must 
agree unanimously:
		(1)  on which specific offenses listed in Subsection 
(c) were committed by the defendant;
		(2)  when the offenses listed in Subsection (c) were 
committed by the defendant; and
		(3)  that the defendant, during a period that is 90 or 
more days in duration, committed an offense listed in Subsection 
(c) more than one time or committed more than one offense listed in 
Subsection (c).
