Amend the proposed floor substitute to HB 8 (Amendment No. 7 
by Gattis) as follows:
	(1)  On page 1, line 11, strike "during a period that is 90 or 
more days in duration" and substitute "during any period".
	(2)  On page 2, line 7, strike "during a period that is 90 or 
more days in duration" and substitute "during any period".
