Amend CSHB 9 (Committee printing) as follows: (1) On page 6, line 22, strike "or". (2) On page 6, line 27, strike the period and substitute the following: ; or (7) a bar, if the operator of the bar provides health benefits coverage for each employee employed by the bar.
