Amend CSHB 12 (House Committee Printing) on page 27, between 
lines 22 and 23, by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering the remaining SECTIONS 
appropriately:
	SECTION ____ (a)  The Parks and Wildlife Department shall 
accept the gift of a 16-acre tract of land currently owned by Zavala 
County that is located adjacent to the Nueces River and United 
States Highway 83 intersection north of La Pryor, Texas.
	(b)  The department shall develop the land as a state park or 
fund the development of a park on that property.
