Amend CSHB 12 by adding an appropriately numbered section and 
renumbering the remaining sections of the bill appropriately:
	SECTION ____.  Subchapter A, Chapter 13, Parks and Wildlife 
Code, is amended by adding Section 13.0044 to read as follows:
	Sec. 13.0044.  PREFERENCE FOR CERTAIN PARK PROGRAMS.  In 
selecting parks for capital improvements, the department may give a 
preference to programs in which the department matches 
locally-raised money on a dollar for dollar basis.
