System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 12 by striking page 27, lines 14-17, and 
substituting:          
	SECTION 29. (a) At least 90 percent of the money from the 
Texas recreation and parks account must be granted to support the 
funding for a local park if the procedural requirements under 
Chapter 24, Parks and Wildlife Code, have been met.
