	Amend CSHB 12 (House Committee Printing) as follows:                         

(1)  Strike SECTIONS 2 and 3 of the bill (page 1, line 17, 	through page 4, line 22), and renumber subsequent SECTIONS 
accordingly.
	(2)  On page 25, lines 2-3, strike "and deposited as 
specified in Section 442.073, Government Code".
	(3)  Strike SECTION 28 of the bill (page 25, line 14, through 
page 27, line 13) and renumber subsequent SECTIONS accordingly.
