System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 13 as follows:                                                    
	(1) On page 4, line 23, between the semicolon and "analysis," 
insert "by the Department of Public Safety and other law 
enforcement agencies".
	(2) On page 5, line 17, strike "certain forms of authority to 
implement" and substitute "authority to coordinate intelligence 
gathering and analysis by the Department of Public Safety and other 
law enforcement agencies".
