	Amend HB 13 (second reading engrossment) on third reading as 
follows:      
	(1)  On page 12, lines 10-11, strike "by the Department of 
Public Safety and other law enforcement agencies".
	(2)  Strike page 12, line 26, through page 13, line 2, and 
substitute the following:
