Amend Amendment No. 1 by Chisum to CSHB 15 (page 1, pre-filed 
amendments packet), by adding the following appropriately numbered 
Subdivision to the amendment:
	(__)  Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the 
bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  TEXAS YOUTH COMMISSION: OPERATING EXPENSES.  
In addition to amounts previously appropriated for the state fiscal 
biennium ending August 31, 2007, the amount of $4,800,000 is 
appropriated out of the general revenue fund to the Texas Youth 
Commission for the two-year period beginning on the effective date 
of this Act for the purpose of providing for the agency's operating 
expenses.
