Amend CSHB 109 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION and renumbering the subsequent SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly:
	SECTION ____: Section 62.104, Health and Safety Code, is 
amended by adding Subsection (h) to read as follows:
	(h) In the event of an error in renewing or enrolling an 
eligible child, the commission shall promulgate rules requiring 
reimbursement to the provider that rendered services to the 
eligible child any medical costs that would have been covered under 
the program during the period that coverage was unfairly denied.
