System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend HB 119 as follows:                                                     

(1)  On page 1, strike lines 9-11 and substitute the 	following:              
		(1)  does not exceed $5,000; and                                
		(2)  is not made under a written contract [$2,000, or a 
greater amount prescribed by commission rule].
	(2)  On page 1, line 15, strike "$2,000" and substitute 
"$5,000 [$2,000]".
