Amend HB 119 as follows: (1) On page 1, strike lines 9-11 and substitute the following: (1) does not exceed $5,000; and (2) is not made under a written contract [$2,000, or a greater amount prescribed by commission rule]. (2) On page 1, line 15, strike "$2,000" and substitute "$5,000 [$2,000]".
