System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend HB 218 as follows:                                                     
	(1) On page 3, line 18, strike "photo".                                 
	(2) On page 4, line 13, strike "or".                                    
	(3) On page 4, line 15, between "Safety" and the period, 
insert       

"; or                                                                  
		(8) a signed declaration under penalty of perjury 
affirming that the person is the same person listed on the person's 
voter registration certificate".
