	Amend CSHB 323 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS 
accordingly.
	SECTION ____.  The changes made by Section 2 of this Act do 
not take effect unless the legislature appropriates money 
specifically for the purpose of reimbursing school districts for 
expenses incurred in complying with that section.
