Amend CSHB 410 by adding the following new section to the bill, appropriately numbered, and renumbering existing sections accordingly: SECTION ____. The change in law made by this Act does not apply to a highway included in Section 391.252, Transportation Code, as that law existed immediately before the effective date of this Act.
