The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 410 by adding the following new section to the 
bill, appropriately numbered, and renumbering existing sections 
accordingly:
	SECTION ____. The change in law made by this Act does not 
apply to a highway included in Section 391.252, Transportation 
Code, as that law existed immediately before the effective date of 
this Act.
