	Amend CSHB 447 on page 8, line 5, by adding the following to 
added Section 2264.056(b), Government Code:

In addition to complying with the other requirements prescribed by 
this subsection, the governmental entity must also, as part of its 
selection process, consider any requirements applicable to the 
governmental entity relating to historically underutilized 
businesses.
