The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSHB 447 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In Section 2.10 of the bill, in added Section 2264.002, 
Government Code, strike Subdivision (3) (page 4, lines 60-61) and 
renumber the subsequent subdivisions accordingly.
	(2)  In Section 2.10 of the bill, strike added Section 
2264.005(b), Government Code (page 5, lines 30-33), and substitute:
	(b)  This chapter does not apply to:                                    
		(1)  a public junior college or any other institution 
of higher education; or
		(2)  a university system.
