Amend CSHB 447 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  On page 4, line 44, before the word "This", add "(a)".             
	(2)  On page 4, between lines 64 and 65, add the following 
subsection:  (b)  This chapter does not apply to regional tollway 
authorities under Chapter 366, Transportation Code.
