Amend HB 539 (second reading engrossment) on third reading as 
follows:     
	(1)  On page 3, line 24, between "(c)," and "and", insert 
"(d),"             
	(2)  On page 5, between lines 14 and 15, insert the 
following:               
	(d)  To facilitate compliance with an order adopted under 
Subsection (c), the order must be adopted before:
		(1)  April 25 of each year for the Cinco de Mayo 
fireworks season;   
		(2) June 15 of each year for the Fourth of July 
fireworks season;  and
		(3) [(2)]  December 15 of each year for each December 
fireworks season.
