Amend HB 539 (Senate committee report), in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, by striking added Subdivision (2), Subsection (d), Section 
2154.003, Occupations Code (page 1, lines 20 and 21), and 
substituting the following:
		(2)  items classified under 49 C.F.R. Section 
173.100(r)(2) (10-1-86 edition) as "skyrockets with sticks" and 
"missiles with fins."
