Amend HB 539 (Senate committee report), in SECTION 3 of the 
bill, in added Subdivision (3), Subsection (g), Section 2154.202, 
Occupations Code (page 1, lines 46 through 48), by striking "if the 
fireworks are sold at a location that is not more than 100 miles 
from the Texas-Mexico border".
