Amend HB 670 (house committee printing) on page 1 of the bill 
by striking lines 8 through 15 and substituting the following:

child support if a motion for enforcement requesting a money 
judgment is filed not later than the 20th [10th] anniversary after 
the date:
		(1) the child becomes an adult; or                                            
		(2) on which the child support obligation terminates 
under the child support order or by operation of law.
