System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 724 by deleting Section 3 and substituting the 
following:       
	"SECTION 3. The change in law made by this Act applies to 
workers' compensation medical disputes described by Section 
413.031, as amended, and Section 413.0311, as added, by this Act: 
(1) that are pending for adjudication by the division of workers' 
compensation of the Texas Department of Insurance on or after the 
effective date of this Act, (2) that may be remanded to the division 
of workers' compensation of the Texas Department of Insurance on or 
after the effective date of this Act, or (3) that may arise on or 
after the effective date of this Act."
